Body Mind Integrated was born from my experience working with trauma, which led me to explore how the body and the mind are intimately linked and can strongly affect each other; the state of the body affects mental, emotional and social wellbeing and, conversely, manifestations in the body can reflect a person’s wellbeing.
I am a Psychotherapist with 15 years of experience. I practice an integrative form of psychotherapy which means I draw from a framework of different therapeutic models, theories and techniques using them creatively and flexibly for each person. These include CBT, psychodynamic, person-centred, humanistic, mindfulness and movement/body psychotherapy. Although I offer conventional talking therapy, I also have a passion for helping people to express themselves through arts and movement.
